Quizy is free to use and doesn't require an account. You agree not to misuse the service — for example by scraping content at scale, attempting to disrupt the site, or interfering with other players' experience.

3. Nicknames and shared content

When you play a quiz, you can choose a nickname that appears on leaderboards and in challenge links you share with others. These nicknames and the associated scores are public. Don't use nicknames that are offensive, impersonate someone else, or violate the rights of any third party.

4. Quiz content and accuracy

Our quizzes are written and fact-checked by subject-matter experts, but they are provided "as is" without any warranty of completeness or accuracy. Quizy is not liable for decisions made based on information presented in a quiz.

5. Intellectual property

All quiz content, branding and design on Quizy are owned by Quizy and its authors, and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Quizy after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
